ELISA: The plate was coated with serially diluted ARG20781 Chicken IgY Isotype Control antibody. Immunoglobulin was detected with ARG21748 Goat anti-Chicken IgY (H+L) antibody (Biotin), ARG21785 Mouse anti-Chicken IgM antibody [M-4] (Biotin), and ARG21795 Mouse anti-Chicken IgA antibody [A-1] (Biotin) followed by ARG23912 Streptavidin (HRP) and quantified.
