| 背景介绍 | This gene is a member of the visinin/recoverin subfamily of neuronal calcium sensor proteins. The encoded protein is strongly expressed in granule cells of the cerebellum where it associates with membranes in a calcium-dependent manner and modulates intracellular signaling pathways of the central nervous system by directly or indirectly regulating the activity of adenylyl cyclase. Immunohistochemistry: Confocal image of adult Rat cerebellar cortex frozen sections stained with ARG10688 anti-Visinin like 1 antibody (green) and co-stained with our polyclonal antibody to NF-M (red); DNA (blue). ARG10688 reveals synapses in the molecular layer (ML) strongly. Synaptic regions are also seen in the granule cell layer (GC). The perikarya of Purkinje cells (PC) and dendrites and axons are revealed with NF-M antibody. Staining of VLP-1 is seen in the white matter (WM).
