Western blot: 35 µg of Mouse olfactory bulb (Lane 1 and 3) and cerebral cortex (Lane 2 and 4), comparing wild type (Lane 3 and 4) with KO Mouse (Lane 1 and 2). The blots were stained with ARG59753 anti-CNTN4 antibody at 0.5 µg/ml dilution and incubated for 1 hour.
