| 背景介绍 | Alkylating agents are potent carcinogens that can result in cell death, mutation and cancer. MGMT is a DNA repair protein that is involved in cellular defense against mutagenesis and toxicity from alkylating agents. The protein catalyzes transfer of methyl groups from O(6)-alkylguanine and other methylated moieties of the DNA to its own molecule, which repairs the toxic lesions. Flow Cytometry: Jurkat cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and then permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100 for 15 min. The cells were stained with ARG66313 anti-MGMT antibody [SQab1861] at 1:50 dilution (blue) in 1x PBS/1% BSA for 30 min at 4°C, followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 labelled secondary antibody.
