ARG11094 anti-SARS-CoV Spike protein (S delta 3) antibody [7G12] WB image
Western blot: 293T cells transfected with expression plasmid for wild-type S and mutated forms of S (S(N1056K), S(D1128A), S(N1056K, D1128A)). A mock transfection was included as a control. Cell lysates were stained with ARG11094 anti-SARS-CoV Spike protein (S delta 3) antibody [7G12].

Immunoprecipitation: Radiolabelled wild-type S and mutated forms of S (S(N1056K), S(D1128A), S(N1056K, D1128A)) from transfected 293T cells using ARG11094 anti-SARS-CoV Spike protein (S delta 3) antibody [7G12]. A mock transfection was included as a control. Subsequent western blot was performed using the same antibody.
