| 背景介绍 | Members of the trefoil family are characterized by having at least one copy of the trefoil motif, a 40-amino acid domain that contains three conserved disulfides. They are stable secretory proteins expressed in gastrointestinal mucosa. Their functions are not defined, but they may protect the mucosa from insults, stabilize the mucus layer and affect healing of the epithelium. The encoded protein inhibits gastric acid secretion. Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin-embedded Rat gaster tissue. Antigen Retrieval: Heat mediation was performed in Citrate buffer (pH 6.0, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 min. The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then stained with ARG40985 anti-TFF2 / Spasmolytic Polypeptide antibody at 1 µg/ml dilution, overnight at 4°C.

Western blot: 50 µg of samples under reducing conditions. Rat gaster and Mouse gaster tissue lysates stained with ARG40985 anti-TFF2 / Spasmolytic Polypeptide antibody at 0.5 µg/ml, overnight at 4°C.
