Nitrosylates the active site Cys of CASP3 in response to nitric oxide (NO), and thereby inhibits caspase-3 activity. Induces the FOS/JUN AP-1 DNA-binding activity in ionizing radiation (IR) cells through its oxidation/reduction status and stimulates AP-1 transcriptional activity. Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin-embedded Mouse small intestine tissue. Antigen Retrieval: Heat mediated was performed in Citrate buffer (pH 6.0, epitope retrieval solution) for 20 min. The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. The tissue section was then stained with ARG59281 anti-TRX / Thioredoxin antibody at 1 µg/ml dilution, overnight at 4°C.
