Background
Broad-Reactive Influenza Virus refers to influenza viruses that exhibit cross-reactivity with multiple subtypes or strains, or influenza viruses targeted by broad-reactive antibodies/therapeutics. It provides a basis for developing universal influenza vaccines, which can induce broad-reactive immunity to combat diverse influenza subtypes, and facilitates the development of broad-spectrum antiviral drugs and diagnostic reagents, improving preparedness for influenza pandemics.
