Description
As one of the commonly used tool cells, CHO cells are widely applied in the biomedical industry. However, residual host cell DNA poses uncontrollable risks when entering the human body through biological products. Therefore, regulatory agencies such as the WHO, FDA, and China's NMPA have strict limit requirements for the residual amount of host cell DNA to ensure that its nucleic acid residue is within a safe and controllable range. The CHO Residual DNA (qPCR) Detection Kit is highly specific and sensitive, and it uses the qPCR method to quantitatively detect the residual DNA of CHO cells in semi-finished products, intermediates, and finished products of biological products.
