| 背景介绍 | CCL3 protein also known as macrophage inflammatory protein 1 alpha (MIP-1 alpha), is a small inducible cytokine with inflammatory and chemokinetic properties. It plays a role in inflammatory responses through binding to the receptors CCR1, CCR4 and CCR5. CCL3 is one of the major HIV-suppressive factors produced by CD8+ T-cells.
