Background
Developed independently by AREX, the Mycoplasma DNA (qPCR) Detection Kit is highly specific and sensitive. It enables rapid mycoplasma detection in raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, strictly controlling product quality, avoiding batch scrapping and production delays caused by mycoplasma contamination, and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of biological products.
This kit can be used in conjunction with AREX's "Host Cell Residual DNA (Magnetic Bead Method) Sample Pretreatment Kit" and automatic nucleic acid extractor.

Advantage
• Compliance Verification: Validated in accordance with the requirements of multiple national regulations, meeting the application requirements.
• Wide Coverage: Bioinformatics analysis results indicate that it can cover more than 150 mycoplasma sequences.
• Specificity: No cross-reactivity with common sample matrices, genomes of engineered cells/engineered bacteria, and bacteria closely related to mycoplasma parents.
• Comparability: Results are comparable to those of the traditional culture method.
