| 产品描述 | Nestin is an intermediate filament protein expressed in dividing cells during the early stages of development in the central nervous system (CNS), peripheral nervous system (PNS). Upon differentiation, nestin becomes downregulated and is replaced by tissue-specific intermediate filament proteins. Tau proteins are proteins that perform the function of stabilizing microtubules. These proteins are abundant in nerve cells and are present to a much lesser degree in oligodendrocytes and astrocytes. Therefore, Tau proteins are also as a mature neural marker.
