Data

Sandwich ELISA analysis of pTau205 by ARA6887 & ARA6837.
Microtiter plates were coated with ARA6887 as the capture antibody. Recommbinant pTau205 protein was applied as the antigen. Biotin-conjugated Tau (S305) Mouse Monoclonal Antibody(ARA971) served as the detection antibody, followed by streptavidin-HRP incubation.
Result: ARA6887 and ARA6837 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of pTau205.
